Arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST or SAW).

Meet your driver at the exit gate and transfer to your centrally located hotel.

After breakfast, meet your professional English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby and start your walking tour of the Historical Peninsula.

• Hagia Sophia – See the exterior and surrounding square. (Interior visit can be added as an optional extra with admission.) Learn about its 1,500-year history as church, mosque, museum, and mosque again.

• Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque) – Famous for its blue Iznik tiles, six minarets, and grand courtyard.

• Hippodrome of Constantinople – Ancient chariot-racing arena. View the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpent Column and German Fountain.

• Topkapi Palace – Residence of the Ottoman sultans for nearly 400 years. Visit the courtyards, treasury, pavilions, and holy relics. (Harem section optional with extra ticket.)

• Grand Bazaar – One of the world’s oldest covered markets with over 4,000 shops selling carpets, jewelry, spices, leather, and souvenirs.

Smart Tips:

• This is mostly a walking tour; wear comfortable shoes.

• Women need a scarf and modest clothing to enter mosques; men should avoid shorts above the knee.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel (you can leave luggage with reception until transfer time).

After the tour, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your domestic flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir (Cappadocia region).

On arrival, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel.

After breakfast, meet your guide and begin a full-day small-group tour of North Cappadocia.

• Goreme Open-Air Museum (UNESCO) – Rock-cut churches and chapels with 9th–11th century frescoes.

• Devrent (Imagination) Valley – Valleys filled with unusual rock formations; many resemble animals and objects.

• Pasabag (Monks Valley) – Famous for mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys with multiple caps and former hermit cells.

• Avanos – Traditional pottery town on the Kızılırmak (Red River). Watch a pottery demonstration and try the wheel yourself.

• Goreme Panorama – One of the best viewpoints over the fairy-chimney landscape.

• Uchisar Castle (Viewpoint) – The highest natural rock castle in Cappadocia, offering panoramic views.

A set-menu lunch is served at a local restaurant during the tour.

Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Traditional lunch is included at a local restaurant.

At the end of the tour, transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport for your evening flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel.
